Artists Joe O’Connell and Blessing Hancock created 6 gorgeous chandeliers by recycling old bike parts, and used them to turn an underpass in San Antonio, Texas, into a public art space. Each of the Ballroom Luminoso chandeliers have a custom LED light installed, that create gorgeous and surreal shadow patterns all around. Joe and Blessing also included special medallions in each of the chandeliers that reflect “on the community’s agricultural history, strong Hispanic heritage, and burgeoning environmental movement“.
